Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the Executive Producer,  the Senior Project Manager is responsible for guiding business-wide projects from inception to delivery by partnering with Art, Design, Engineering, Publishing, IT and other internal teams. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day activity of the project management team, you will develop, implement, and train the Project Management and Production teams on new processes and best practices that can be leveraged across the entire company.  


Essential Functions:

  • Partner with leadership, production, and discipline leads to develop strategic organizational roadmaps.

  • Drive execution of projects spanning multiple functions and departments from conception to rollout.

  • Lead and mentor project managers to ensure all deliverables meet required deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Formalize and document project management processes including roles and responsibilities.

  • Optimize efficiency and ensure creative quality standards are always met by implementing project/process management best practices and tools across the organization. 

  • Keep the wheels on the bus (just checking to see if you are actually reading this) 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of program and/or product management experience ideally in software development or technical environment.

  • Experience managing company-wide projects/programs across disciplines and various levels of stakeholders.

  • Experience communicating with stakeholders across multiple technical and non-technical business units.

  • Ability to align efforts of varying groups to achieve a common goal.

  • Demonstrate extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive problem solver and team contributor.
