Associate 2 Game Producer

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Associate 2 Game Producer supports game development as a growing production contributor with increasing ownership. This role plays a key part in maintaining project momentum and quality through cross-functional coordination and communication. Working across departments, it supports feature implementation, task tracking, and the resolution of production roadblocks.

With a foundation in internal game development, the Associate 2 Game Producer will deepen skills in schedule management, team collaboration, and production process optimization.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain schedules and support milestone tracking to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with discipline leads to facilitate feature implementation and ensure production alignment
  • Provide regular and clear communication on project status to team members and stakeholders
  • Help identify and resolve production challenges by supporting both short-term fixes and long-term improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document takeaways, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain and update project documentation to support clarity and team alignment
  • Promote an efficient and organized development environment through structured communication and task tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in game development in production
  • Familiarity with production workflows, milestone planning, and internal development pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks across teams and support the execution of schedules and requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communicator with experience in cross-disciplinary coordination
  • Understanding of production methodologies, with exposure to Agile or similar development frameworks
